"Jeremy Pelt has finally arrived as a maturing musician whose is a respectful guardian of the jazz tradition and a blossoming composer in his own right" (Ralph Miriello).

It is our honour to invite you on unforgettable performance by jazz genius and world big musician Jeremy Pelt with his band. Frontman of this project, trumpeter Jeremy Pelt belongs to young generation of musicians, who has earned a permanent position in world of jazz by his talent, effort and energy during few years. Since graduating from Berklee College of Music in Boston (he earned B. A. in jazz improvisation and film scoring),  Pelt has performed and/or recorded with some of the jazz world's most high-profile players (Roy Hargrove, Ravi Coltrane, Greg Osby, Cassandra Wilson, and the Mingus Big Band, among others).

Meanwhile he released his solo debut album "Profile" in 2002. Almost every year he finds the time among performances for writing music and recording of new and quality jazz album (he won Rising star on the trumpet five years in a row by Downbeat Magazine and Jazz Journalist Association). In 2012 his album "Soul" was celebrated by several magazines and music websites as one of the finest jazz albums of the year.

Jazzman from New York is a face of modern jazz, however he respects traditional elements of this genre and he is inspirated for example by Miles Davis (album "Men of Honor" was dedicated to music of Miles era). Recently, Jeremy released albums "The Talented Mr. Pelt" in 2011, followed by "Soul" in 2012. Year after, he recorded "Water and Earth" and in 2014  Pelt returned with "Face Forward". In his music you can find funky music, electronic and fusion jazz, based on perfect improvisations with many ideas and great moments.

Jeremy will be performing 2nd May in the Reduta with his band, that consists of:
Jeremy Pelt (trumpet), Danny Grissett (piano), Josh Ginsburg (double bass) and Andreas Svensen (drums). These excellent musicians have played together for long time and their perfect performances with quite unique atmosphere entertain crowds not only in the USA.
