The ‘Malé Vinohradské Theatre’ (MVd) was established in 2003 in Prague’s Vinohrady quarter. After it started, it developed its activities in three equal directions: Theatre for Schools, Commedia dell’Arte and Evening Plays.
Nowadays, Theatre for Schools is a complete project of 19 plays, which work in support of the curriculum in all stages of the education process from the primary to high school. After 7 years, it has become a very welcome part of the teaching process for many teachers. The MVd makes around 200 performances for schools each year.
