An unusual children's day for the whole family. Come to meet your English speaking neighbors with children (open to community, everybody is welcome). Creative activities and fun games for children. Free entry. Literally everybody is welcomed at this event. It will be mainly in English. If we struggle to find the right words, there are plenty of languages to get by. Please, drop in, if you’d like: - to get to know the expats and English-speaking Czechs from Letnany and the neighbourhood; - Just to have fun with your kids. There will be games and creative activities, our playroom will be open too! - To talk about life in the Czech Republic; - To tell us about your culture and even share your national dishes - To blend in Letnany community - To find out how it works with schools, kindergartens and authorities - To experience Czech traditions and culture - To share how to improve our neighbourhood (what you miss in Letnany) - To learn Czech … and many other reasons Please do come, sharing your experience is really important and beneficial. We would like to talk and eager to hear your voices. We support the integration of foreign-speaking families to the Czech community. You are heartily welcomed. There is no need to book your entry but it would great if you let us know you come. You could use either FB or our system. Free entry. Your traditional dish is welcomed but not compulsory. This event is an initiative of Letnice maternity centre, where English-speaking Friday takes place in the playroom at 8.45-9.45 weekly. The parents speak English while their children are playing.
