Michelin star Chef x World Class Bartender

At The Monkey bar you will not only taste the menu by Two Michelin stars Chef, Thanos Feskos, from Delta Restaurant Athens, but on top of that you will witness mixology art by Nick Sourmpatis Greek World Class winner in 2019 coming from one of the world's most famous bars, The Clumsies. Thanos and Nenad Jovanovic, The Monkey Bar Chef, have prepared a 10-course menu to let guests taste the best from Delta and Monkey bar Prague. Nick and Benedikt Houda, Manager of The Monkey Bar, carefully reviewed the dishes and prepared four cocktails which complete the entire culinary experience. Thanos left the finance industry to pursue his passion for cooking, and has worked his way up the kitchens of several award-winning restaurants in Europe, America and Asia to Geranium, a restaurant with three Michelin stars and the number one spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Last year, as a chef, he and his team received 2 Michelin stars for the Delta restaurant. Nick entered the bar world when he fell in love with agave spirits and cocktails. He joined the Mexican bar team in Athens and visited Mexico twice, working with many brands and producers of tequila and mezcal.
