An aircraft cruising at 35000 feet with 86 passengers onboard. It looks like any other flight from the ground. You wouldn't pay much attention to it, unless you were maybe an aviation enthusiast. And even then, you would just say “Look, an A320!”

Max Vajt (1997) is an artist and student of Photography at FAMU in the studio of Hynek Alt. His practise varies from prints, videos, and podcasts to video games. One of his key thematic moments is the 2008 financial crash. He considers this historic moment to be the starting point of one of the most radical changes in the perception of time, work and socio-economic processes. He places a special emphasis on the normalization of video games for the general public in this period. He often uses naive video game narratives of the last decade to approach these difficult topics. His stories often disrupt this black/white simplicity with absurdity and cyclicality. He solo exhibited at Panel Gallery and 35m2, as part of a group show at Holešovická Šachta, Světová 1, Meet Factory, City surfer office, Photoport, and he took part in festivals Photo Pub, Vienna Contemporary and Darmstadt Photography days.
