Jazz Dock Orchestra: Tribute To Carla Bley

In May, Jazz Dock Orchestra will play a new programme, featuring music by Carla Bley. A pioneering pianist and composer of jazz and improvised music, Bley wrote extensively for Charlie Haden's Liberation Music Orchestra, and had a long musical association with her partner, bassist Steve Swallow.
