Do you think that opera is boring? It Doesn´t have to be. It will be a thriller now ! We are young restless and hungry for opera. Run OpeRun has been trying to renew audience´s interest in opera for two years now. The director Veronika Loulová established theatre group Run OpeRun in 2015 . Since that time it had gained lots of professional artists and students. Our new project Thriller the Marriage of Figaro is another step in our journey to fulfil our goal. We have used new approach in dramaturgy and directing to refresh this classic music comedy and make a Thriller. It´s a game full of intrigue and crisis in which every character undergoes a transformation. Project Thriller the Marriage of Figaro is going to be premiered in the theatre Venuše ve Švehlovce in Prague on the 2nd and the 4th of July 2017. Vladimír Chmelo who starred in Metropolitan Opera and La Scalla accepted the role of the Count.
