Among the best known Czech Christmas music is Jakub Jan Ryba’s (1765–1815) Czech Christmas Mass. The Prague Symphony Orchestra will perform this piece at a traditional concert with commentary by the conductor (in Czech), and as usual, the audience will be expected to join in singing with the choir.
