It is the largest international street food festival, where presentations of individual countries are mainly provided by their embassies, honorary consulates or chambers of commerce.

Ambassadors attend the event in person. In terms of the number of participating countries, this is a very unique event in our country. The organisers of the Embassy Festival are the Prague 6 Municipal District and the registered association Farmers' Markets, the organiser of the Markets at Kulat'ák.

The stalls of each country will be prepared with original dishes, often with the participation of well-known chefs, and in rare cases, the ambassadors themselves or their wives participate in the preparation. All the offer is adapted to the idea of the Farmers' Market to bring quality ingredients for quality gastronomy.

Visitors, who in previous editions have usually numbered around 15 000, know that they will be able to sample a wealth of dishes, most of them very typical of the countries concerned. Various drinks, ice creams, sweets and desserts will also be available. In addition, a rich programme is planned, featuring artists from the selected countries represented.

As part of the rich cultural programme, which the organisers have planned until 8pm, ensembles from the participating countries - participants in the Embassy Festival - will also perform.

The festival also includes the traditional Market on Kulacek, which takes place every Saturday, also this time from 8 am to 2 pm. Visitors can buy farm produce as they are used to, flowers, snacks and other products.

Visitors are admitted free of charge.
