Acoustic Needles

Acoustic Needles is a young project that offers fresh sound and distinctive compositions that blend the influences of jazz, funk or hip hop. The songs are interesting with unconventional rhythms or harmonies. The band collaborates in the studio or at concerts with various guests such as singer Zaira or young multi-instrumentalist Prokop Korb. After two released EPs (Cycling, Memory), starring the phenomenal guitarist Miroslav Chyška or the great keyboardist Martin Brunner, the band is giving concerts and will baptize their new record as part of their concert at the Jazz Dock.

Heliotype

The band of five musicians was formed on the grounds of the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. They create music that is new and is closely connected with their lyrics, in which they put their feelings and emotions. The band is influenced in absolutely all directions, but the essential element of her work is classical music, jazz and pop. The top five favorite artists include Radiohead, Tigran Hamasyan and Lenka Dusilová.
