Classical pianist by training and experience, Nikol Bóková, has released her debut album consisting entirely of her own compositions. Recorded in the traditional jazz trio line-up of piano-acoustic bass-drums, her compositions are perfectly polished miniatures-songs, simple in form but echoing the harmonic and melodic complexity of classical piano literature and showing inspiration from jazz, minimalism and pop music.
