One of the highlights of our BASS DAYS festival will be dedicated to Czech and Slovak double bassists, who work in Prague and have made a significant contribution to the Prague jazz scene. For example, bassist Rastislav Uhrík, who is known mainly from the band Vertigo, will perform in a duo with saxophonist Marcel Bárta; notable Czech bassist Robert Balzar with phenomenal Polish pianist Piotr Wyleżoł; well known post-bop bassist Tomáš Baroš with his trio and the great Josef Fečo with his quartet!
