The Jaromír Honzák Quintet performs mostly original compositions by the band’s leader. Grounded in contemporary jazz but open to many influences, they perform music at once fragile and charged with energy. Jaromír Honzak is one of the leading Czech jazz musicians and has won the Anděl Award for Best jazz album of the year several times.
