Spring King were formed in 2012, originally as a solo project by Tarek Musa, in Macclesfield, England. They are now an art-pop- punk quartet based in Manchester. Their straightforward, honest and instinctive music excited Zane Lowe and his team at SXSW in Austin, in 2015. Their quality was confirmed later that year when their debut album, Tell Me If You Like It, was released. The growing popularity of Spring King is testified by their appearances at both Reading and Leeds festivals.
