FAMU summer - „My Unknown Soldier & Human Flesh

There will be two films screened during the summer cinema in Pragovka with the theme of occupation. Films will be presented by Anna Kryvenko and Fero Fenič.

They sent them to save Czechoslovakia. But what they saw with their own eyes, some did not bear. Anny Kryvenko's documentary film, supplemented by rich archival material, looks surprisingly at the events of the August 1968 invasion of the soldiers who were involuntarily in the role of the occupiers

Člověčina/Human Flesh

(Fero Fenič, 1974, 13 min)

Reconstruction of the case from the first days of the occupation of Czechoslovakia in August 1968 when the excited crowd on Leninova street in Košice stripped the mother of three children and attempted to lynch her - despite the fact that most of the people participating in the lynch (more than one thousand activists and about ten thousand passive watchers, they did not know who the woman was and what the reason for her lynching.
