The Concert Club will celebrate the new year 2018 with the concert of Symphon Quartet.

In the programmme, which brings us through the best songs throughout the centuries, we can look forward to songs from the Renaissance period, Antonín Dvořák’s works, several spirituals and well-known hits by Eric Clapton or The Beatles. It will be a variable repertoire full of fun!

Symfon Quartet was created at the end of 2014 on the occasion of a New Year‘ concert at the Estates Theater. After a successful debut, the members decided to continue to cooperate. In spring, they performed at the Galaconcert of Music School of Prague and in the summer of 2015, they participated in the International Singing Workshops in Petrovice under the leadership of the choirmaster of Prague State Opera, Adolf Melichar. The quartet’s repertoire is very broad, including compositions from the Middle Ages to the 21st century compositions across all genres.
