The Inhabitants

Imagine it's the year 3035 and this building has been uninhabited for centuries. Now it is taken by a group of unknown inhabitants and you are the first visitor in decades. To them you are an intruder. Noticethe way the inhabitants relate to their environment, to each other, and to you.

The internationally renowned Spanish choreographer Iván Pérez lives in the Netherlands. His work has been presented for example at the Sadler's Wells Theatre in London and the National Theatre of Taipei.In 2018 he will make a new work for the Paris Opera Ballet. With audience and critics acclaim, he launched his dance company INNE at Operaestate Festival with The Inhabitants in the summer of 2016.

The Inhabitants is a site-specific performance, for TANEC PRAHA 2017 specially re-adapted to EXPO58 location.
