Spring Time Festival

The inclement winter time is ending and Reduta Jazz Club is ready to celebrate spring. We will also celebrate the great stars of modern music from the USA, Italy and Great Britain at a brand new spring festival. We are following the spring inspiration that was crucial for many musicians, such as Bill Evans, Clifford Brown, even the great composer of a classical music Igor Stravinsky.
The festival was initiated by a show of wonderful guitarist and singer Femi Temowo, a co-player of Jean Toussaint or Amy Winehouse. His wild blues and exotic calypso made the audience wild.
The concert of Crystal Monee Hall, American singer who collaborated with sir Elton John or Mariah Carey, will take place at March 12.
From more than dozen unique concerts, let's mention Cettina Donato trio, Italian jazz diva, composer and pianist, who will perform at March 15.
A dainty show will surely be on Thursday, March 23. The audience will be astonished by the passionate voice of Steven Santoro, a co-player of Sting, who is a master of popular and jazz singing.
Let's speak about the other gigs. Do not miss Prague Big Band, the oldest and most famous jazz big band in the Czech Republic. Or Petr Kroutil Orchestra, fresh and lively pop jazz band. Or Bohemia Big Band, a traditional swing band that will introduce the classics and new songs as well.
Get rid of the gloomy winter feelings and enjoy the very best of todays jazz music in an intimacy of Reduta Jazz Club. And if one festival is not enough of you, worry not. In May, Reduta will host Masters of Jazz - the most splendid jazz musicians of our times.
