Bohemian BBQ A Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned BBQ contest. www.bohemian-bbq.com Welcome to the 2nd edition of Bohemian BBQ!

Prepare for another round of smoky low & slow American barbecue on the banks of the Vltava river in Prague! After an extremely successful first year, we are back with the top professional BBQ teams from around Europe to watch them face off in fire and smoke for top prizes and bragging rights.

Teams will cook large cuts of meat over indirect heat for up to 20 hours to get tender, juicy, smoky goodness and then glaze and season with their own signature blends of spices and sauces. Come out and enjoy the fun!

*NOTE to visitors and teams: We are moving the festival date from September (2015) to May (future). Due to the short turnaround time this year, we will be hosting a BBQ contest only, without the live music and vendors, and with free entry for visitors. This may change if other organizations are willing to organize the music and vending. All visitors are encouraged and welcome to come out and see what American BBQ is all about!!
