Emilia y Pablo are a Chilean duo based in Madrid who merge Latin American folk, Flamenco and performing arts, seeking to lose the cultural limits, both in format and content, fusing different artistic elements. They believe in their bodies as channels containing emotions, capable of merging and reconfiguring their transit through the show. They defend folklore as a universal language that allows them to investigate different influences, ranging from joropo, bolero and chacarera to flamenco. Their first album Territorio de Delirio was released this year on June 25th, produced by Diego Galaz and edited by Madame Vodevil. Their live performance is characterized by their strong acting abilities and expressive body movement. They have presented their show in cities such as Berlin, Barcelona, Marseille and Madrid, also coming back to their origin, Santiago de Chile. In Madrid they’ve enjoyed sold-out performances in legendary venues such as Matadero, Conde Duque and Sala Clamores. In 2019, they formed the "Colectivo Delirio", an audiovisual team born with the objective of giving their musical project a full cinematic dimension, with the aim of creating visual works for each song. They have won the Premio Pulsar, the most important artistic award in Chile, for Best Videoclip with their video “Temblor”.
