Pragovka Gallery and The White Room cordially invites you to the opening of new exhibition In the Other World. Exhibition will be opened together with other exhibitions within Wonderlust/ Pragovka Gallery Pop-up and Whitemotiv / The White Room on 16th of September at 18:00.

An unknown surrounding, like the darkness, usually triggers fear and worries. We try to overcome those feelings by entering the unknown and we seek checkpoints. Space installation could be understood as an architectonic drawing of neuronal brain network, or as a materialization of nerve fibres invisible to the eye. It also metaphorically symbolizes spreading of information or activity in the outside world, where even the smallest causes may result in some unexpected consequences, and a human being becomes their mover.

Jana Mercogliano (Verge) focuses on physical structures and processes. To record those, she uses various mechanisms through which she finds regularities in seemingly chaotic organization of complex clusters. She uses also simulation to track limits of specific
phenomena. To create forms and objects she uses the technologies, she materializes interactivity among the phenomena and watch the reactions between the individual elements and their outside expressions. Lately, she has been creating also self-organizing structures that are controlled by their internal logic without any help of informative technology (analogy). Structure happenings show related processes (action-reaction) and also random source
locations of those happenings.
