Under the auspices of the Governor of the Central Region Miloš Petera sounds courtyard of the Central Bohemian Gallery on 28th May, three symphonic poems from the cycle My Country, under the baton of Ondrej Lenárd. First, listeners to the sounds of harps introduce poem Vyšehrad, the song is loosely based poem Vltava showing the Vltava River, a whirl of mermaids and Midsummer currents. Trio songs concludes dynamic poem Sarka about love and revenge.
After the break will follow arias and duets from operas by Bedrich Smetana and Antonin Dvorak performed by opera soloists Dana Burešová, Thomas Black and Vratislav Cross.
