Henry Jekyll is a doctor and also a big idealist and philanthropist. When he is not treating poor people, he is experimenting in his laboratory. There he succeeds in preparing a substance after the consumption of which, his body and soul change into a different man. He names his other self Edward Hyde. Mr. Hyde, unlike the respected doctor, enjoys nightlife and desires which Henry Jekyll can’t enjoy himself. Every time he takes the special potion, he becomes Mr. Hyde again. The longer he experiments with the potion, the more frightening he looks and more perverted he becomes. His fiancée Millicent starts worrying about him. But Mr. Hyde’s character spreads into Jekyll’s one that much, that the experiment becomes a drug. And the doctor finds out that the ingredient from which he prepares his potion to remain Jekyll, is not available in the whole of London.

Lucie Kubátová is a fresh Master’s study graduate of Piano Interpretation and Piano Pedagogy at JAMU (Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts), Brno. Besides that, she attended a course at the University of Chichester in the UK, and at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Currently, she is focusing mainly on music of the 20th century and is interested in the connection between music and other artistic genres. Radim Hanousek is a fresh Master’s study graduate of Jazz Interpretation at JAMU. Currently he is performing in the Norwegian trumpeter Didrik Ingvaldsen’s NORCZ quartet and his own project Dust in the Groove. In 2011 he performed at TEDx Prague with Marián Friedel. He also performed with Mokré ruce (Wet hands), a musical-dancing improvising project, in September 2013 at the Moving Sound international festival in New York. This year he is preparing a second year of a festival of improvising and experimental present-day music – Festival ošklivé hudby (Festival of Ugly Music)
