The underlying theme of the congress is decentralization as the latest trend not only in economics, but also in technologies. The most recent progress in technology, mainly in advancing crypto technologies, allows for an unprecedented revolution in all kinds of fields ranging from money & banking to governance.

The congress brings together experts from different fields who are the main agents of this upcoming revolution. PRELUDE – During days before the congress. Paralelni Polis will host TREZOR 2.0 Hackathon. We encourage all the hackers to participate and meet Andreas, Johoe, Stick and Slush who will be mentoring the hackathon. * PARALELNI POLIS is 100% state free project based on voluntary contributions of our members and donors. We were founded by members of Czech guerilla art group Ztohoven and Slovak hackerspace Progressbar. We promote independence from the state, digital privacy and personal freedom by educating about encryption applications, cryptocurrencies, decentralized platforms and other tools of cryptoanarachy.
